The Blueprints financial planning process helps families with special-needs members build strong financial and legal plans. Many parents and family members don’t know where to start to protect available government benefits, get out of debt and build funds to maintain a high quality of life for their loved one with special needs.
Blueprints is broken up into a series of nine manageable steps, or Building Blocks, and each one focuses on a crucial planning element. Rob Wrubel will present these Building Blocks as a series of workshops at The Arc of the Pikes Peak Region on Tuesdays from 4:30 p.m.to 6:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, July 9, Rob will introduce Building Block #9 – “Funding The Trust”. The final Building Block in the series takes you through key strategies to put money into a special-needs trust and reveals how to have money available to provide a high quality of life for your family member with special needs.

Rob is a parent of a daughter with Down syndrome who works with families across the country helping them implement financial plans that take into account the unique and challenging issues they face. Rob is a sought-after speaker for special needs organizations. He’s delivered workshops and talks to organizations serving people with Down syndrome, Fragile X and other disabilities.
