Our response to COVID-19

A note from our President and Managing Partner

These are challenging times for all of us and we want you to know some steps we’ve taken to maintain the exemplary service you’ve grown accustomed to and to be able to continue our investment, financial planning and personal advice that we offer. All of us at Cascade have access to email, our database and planning tools. Our support team has access to initiate cash transfers and handle the usual service requests.

Some of us will be working remotely to mitigate potential spread of the pandemic and to protect each other, our clients and our community against overwhelming our area’s health care resources. So far, we are all healthy and have not heard that any of you have contracted COVID-19. We hope that stays the same.

We’re following our business continuity plan. We have spent considerable time and resources preparing for such a contingency and all is working as planned. The same stringent data security protocols we have always employed remain in effect.

Email is the best way to reach us. If your call is directed to our voicemail system, please leave a message and those of us working remotely will be notified and will reach out to you as soon as possible during regular business hours.

Remember, we cannot accept orders via email or voicemail.  Trade instructions must be given verbally to your financial advisor or to Dana or Scott who are registered persons.
